PEOPLE
The company is led by the Managing Director who leads a team of 20 full time employees and over 200 contracted farmers. The team is highly knowledgeable and professional, with expertise in the both the local and international markets.

OUR OPERATIONS
To ensure high standards, the company has engaged qualified agronomists and food
technologists who works with a team of quality control officers based in the field. We also engage in regular farmer training on best practice and farm management so as to ensure that our farmers are equipped with the latest knowledge on changing standards.

• Farm/Out Grower
  – Company Agronomist working with Technical Assistants assigned to each out grower region
  – Monitor Pest-control techniques
  – Provide Training & Technical Support to Farmers
  – Farm Audits

• Pack House
  – Pack House Manager
  – Quality Control
  – Food & Hygiene Standards monitoring
  – Health & Safety of Pack House Staff, including Public Health Certifications

• Food Products Testing
